I wrote this post for the CAN (Christian Authors Network) blog this week, but I think it applies to dream chasers everywhere. It’s oh-so-easy to get sucked into being crazy-busy, but not feeling we’re making any forward progress.

So lately, I’ve started a list. Essentially, it’s a Cost/Benefit Analysis – of my time.

I hope you’ll check out the post, and leave a comment either here or on the CAN blog, with your best strategies for conquering activity overload. It’s a constant challenge, isn’t it?

But it’s worth it! I’ve been busy trimming and pruning activities from my life and I have to tell you, the relief is huge. Really huge. And doing so allows room for unexpected surprises and gifts, too. (Like the friend who called and invited me to escape to the beach for a day on the spur of the moment! What fun!)

I hope you are having a wonderfully slow-paced summer this year, on purpose, enjoying every moment.  (In cased you missed “5 Tips for a Slow-paced Summer”, here’s the link).

Take itme to rest. Read. Recharge. Dream…and have fun!
